Sixth Acquisition for Avtex in 6 years
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avtex Solutions, LLC announced today that it has acquired DialPro Tennessee, Inc of Nashville TN. This acquisition merges two companies focused on contact center, unified communications, IP Telephony, and network solutions. The combined companies will operate as Avtex Solutions based in Minneapolis MN.

Denman indicated this marks the sixth acquisition for Avtex over the last six years. Avtex acquired Delta Communications of Milwaukee WI, in October 2008; Perimeter Technology of Atlanta GA, in November 2007; Interactive Solutions International LLC (ISI) of Cincinnati OH, in March 2006; Telstar Communications, Inc., of Appleton WI, in August 2005; and Soltris, Inc., of Minneapolis MN, in June 2003.
