Nationwide Title Clearing’s New Web Services Portal Improves Client Access and Security

PALM HARBOR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. has launched ntcLINK, a new web services Secure Client Access portal on the Nationwide Title Clearing website. The ntcLINK system greatly improves client interaction with Nationwide Title Clearing and provides vastly increased functionality.

These new web services available on ntcLINK are provided to clients for no additional cost beyond their existing service fees. New NTC clients will automatically receive ntcLINK features as a value added benefit as well for no additional cost. This is the first phase of many new web services to be launched by Nationwide Title Clearing.

In order to provide the advanced features and access levels, Nationwide Title Clearing completely redesigned the client web interface system. Clients can now create, manage and control their own users and the access levels each user is granted for any given service. New enhancements include modularization of multiple functions and services enabling clients to easily search and cross-reference orders and loans across multiple services and provide customized access to each web service for each individual user's login. This gives clients ultimate control on their orders and a direct connection to Nationwide Title Clearing services.

The ntcLINK system houses all client web interfaces and services; currently these are the User Administration Console, TrackingLINK, ReportsLINK and ReleaseLINK.

The User Administration Console is an online function that allows clients to create, maintain and control their own user logins and rights to their contracts, services, ordering capabilities and order information via the ntcLINK system. Clients can now create and manage different types of users and control the access rights for each user. This user maintenance feature is helpful to track accountability of specific employees and greatly improve security standards.

TrackingLINK is a web feature to perform look-ups of individual orders to obtain comprehensive order detail and document images of orders completed and currently in process, as well as communicate directly with the client’s account manager regarding any specific order.

ReportsLINK is a new addition to the online services and provides a useful tool for clients to run their own management and status reports online. ReportsLINK has a feature that automatically dates and stores reports that are run. This allows clients to quickly open a recently generated report to save time and effort. Clients can also access special or custom reports that were run by NTC and posted to their ReportsLINK queue for secure download.

ReleaseLINK is an innovative new feature that allows clients to be fully connected with NTC for lien release processing like never before. New features include advanced ability for lien release data entry, quality control, exception file clearing and online order placement for releases and any needed county research all via a user friendly and content rich web module.
