LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MK Automotive, Inc. obtained effectiveness of its Nevada State Registered Offering for the sale of $1 million shares of common stock at $1 per share. After completing the offering in Nevada, MK Automotive plans to file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting company and with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become publicly traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
