Heinz Crowns “Best Dressed” in South Beach

King of Ketchup Presents Heinz Best Dressed Burger Award at Annual Burger Bash

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The competition heated up on Miami Beach as the H. J. Heinz Company (NYSE: HNZ) named the winner of its “Best Dressed Burger” award at the Amstel Light Burger Bash, hosted by Rachael Ray, at the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

Chef Spike Mendelsohn from the Good Stuff Eatery in Washington, D.C., was crowned the winner and presented with a crystal Tiffany and Co. Heinz® Ketchup bottle — an exquisite replica of the classic 14 oz. ketchup bottle.

As the official condiment sponsor of the Bash, and the leader in ketchup, condiments and sauces, it’s fitting for Heinz to present the “Best Dressed” Burger award. Each burger was judged based on its use of condiments and sauces, side dish accompaniments and overall presentation.
