Workway Nursing Announces Acquisition of Outsource Medical Inc

BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Workway Nursing announced that it has acquired Outsource Medical Inc, an El Segundo, California based staffing company specializing in nurse and allied staffing, effective February 3, 2009. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Outsource Medical provides professional and clinical staffing to the healthcare industry, and its clients include several hospitals in the Southern California area.

Aaron Kasdorf will continue with Outsource Medical as the Director of Operations.

Workway Nursing is a Joint Commission certified company that specializes in placing nursing and other skilled healthcare positions in hospitals and long-term care facilities across the United States.
