Learn about this new Congress and its legislative priorities during TheCapitol.Net’s course, The New Congress 2009: Understanding the 111th Congress on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at the District of Columbia Bar Conference Center from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Washington, DC.
Independent subject matter experts will discuss the outcomes of the congressional races, electoral trends, and the leadership of the 111th Congress. They will look at the new class of 2009 and how its members will impact the institution.
The program will cover key issues from the 110th Congress that will be carried into the 111th Congress, and focus on domestic, security, and defense policy challenges.
The New Congress is for professionals who have to work with the new Congress on a regular basis.
