Avega Systems Shows Avega Entertainment Center PC Software and Wi-Fi Speakers via Intel® My Wi-Fi Technology at CES 2009

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avega Systems, Inc. is launching the Aios™ WiFi entertainment technology platform at CES 2009. Avega’s wireless networked music streaming can be experienced at Intel Corporation’s booth, Central Hall #7153, as part of the demonstration of the Intel® My WiFi platform. Avega Entertainment Center PC Software offers simple and flexible selection, control and streaming of music from the PC or other sources. Using Intel® My WiFi Technology wireless 802.11abg networking in the absence of a conventional Wi-Fi router, the demonstration showcases audiophile-grade floor-standing Avega Wi-Fi-connected loudspeakers, with only an Intel® My WiFi Technology connection to the PC.
