Control4 Releases New Suite System Remotes for Hospitality

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Control4, the leader in affordable IP-based home control and entertainment systems, today announced the addition of two new remote controls, the Control4^® SR-H150 and the SR-HL150 for LodgeNet properties. The remotes will make their official debut at the 2008 International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show (IHMRS) booth #3142. The new industrial design of the remotes feature improved system usability and function visibility while delivering a consistent, personalized guest experience.

The SR-H150 remote will ship with the new Control4^® Suite Systems SC-200 (also unveiled at IHMRS). The SR-HL150, developed for LodgeNet properties, also includes an order button to enable easy access to media entertainment options and internet connectivity solutions.

Key remote features include:

Reliable ZigBee^® technology which frees users from line of sight requirements for control. The Control4^® system is accessible from anywhere in the room or suite.
Remotes include an intelligent motion-sensing system that “wakes” the remote when picked up, turning on the back light, so the remote is easier to read.

The Control4^® Suite Systems Remote SR-H150 and the SR-HL150 with LodgeNet functionality are expected to ship in November 2008 at a suggested retail price of $149. The SR-H150 will also be bundled with Control4^® Suite Controllers (SC-200 and SC-300).
