NEW YORK--()--Fitch Ratings has taken the following rating action on Anchor National Life Insurance 1994-1. The class represents a beneficial ownership interest in separate trust funds, which include bonds that have been placed on Rating Watch Negative.

-- Class A downgraded to C/DR6 from 'BBB';

-- Class G rated 'BBB' placed on Rating Watch Negative.
