SunEdison Appoints Reed Hundt, Former FCC Chairman,
to
the Board of Directors
BELTSVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SunEdison, North America’s largest solar energy services provider, today named former Federal Communications Commission Chairman Reed Hundt as a non-executive, independent board member.
A senior advisor for McKinsey & Company, Hundt also serves on the board of directors of Intel Corporation, Infinera, and Data Domain. He is also a member of the board of Tropos Networks, Telegent Systems, Vanu, Inc., and the non-profit Public Knowledge.
