Eaton Vance Closed-End Enhanced Equity Income Funds Declare Monthly Distributions

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On August 13, 2008, Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly dividends declared on the common shares of two of its closed-end equity funds (the “Funds”). The record date for the dividends is August 22, 2008, and the payable date is August 29, 2008. The ex-date is August 20, 2008. The dividend per share for each Fund is as follows:

At this time the Fund believes that a portion of the August distribution may be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income.
