The Reston, Va.-based IT firm implemented SuccessFactors’ performance management, goal management and 360-degree review modules for 16 employees, with plans to bring the solution to its 64 other employees over time.

Since 1999, OakTree has provided IT consulting services and software for more than 150 small and mid-sized businesses, in addition to a large percentage of federal and military projects.
