Moelis & Company Announces Greg Share has Joined as a Partner in Private Equity

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moelis & Company announced today that Greg Share has joined the firm as a Partner in the Private Equity Business of Moelis Capital Partners, based in New York. Mr. Share has 11 years of private equity investment experience in the United States and Europe, having made a number of growth equity, leveraged buyout and restructuring investments.

Mr. Share joins from Fortress Investment Group, where he was a Managing Director in the private equity group and most recently focused on financial services and insurance investments. At Fortress, Mr. Share was involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process including sourcing new opportunities, acquisition structuring and working closely with portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Share was a Vice President at Madison Dearborn Partners where he specialized in private equity investing in the media and communications sectors. Mr. Share began his career at Lazard Frères & Company.
