DTE Energy Resources Implements Comprehensive SuccessFactors Solution

Deploys Recruiting Management, Compensation and Goals and Performance to Drive Visibility Across the Organization

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SuccessFactors, Inc. The company rolled out SuccessFactors to manage its recruiting and compensation processes and goal setting and performance management for 455 employees.

With more than 10,000 employees, DTE Energy is involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide with regulated electric and gas utility businesses that have each been in operation for over a century. DTE Energy Resources is a non-utility (non-regulated) subsidiary which provides energy-related services to business and industry. Similar to most energy companies, the war for talent is an ongoing effort, as DTE Energy faces constant competition to attract and retain outstanding workers.
