Companies Plan to Create Applications to Facilitate Immediate Business Actions from Mobile Devices
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mobile BIS, a leader in the development of software for mobile devices, today announced it has established a partnership with Armedia, of Atlanta, to create applications that will speed document management and imaging solutions for business and information technology managers.
Armedia, a leading technology and integration firm, specializes in content management and content-related solutions.
Michael Macho, Mobile BIS president, said, “Our intent in creating this new application is to enable managers to gain instant access from mobile devices to records and underlying issues that may impact an organization’s operations. Macho said the software will be compatible with Blackberry, Nokia and Windows mobile devices. The mobile application draws on Oracle development tools, including the Oracle 10g database and Oracle 10g Lite mobile application server, Macho said.
