The Myshot is a sleek, stylish compact camera phone with a number of appealing capabilities, while the Samsung Spex boasts a compact, modern sleek design with an easy to use interface. Both phones are designed to operate on the new AWS spectrum and will be available in all MetroPCS markets in April.

The MyShot and Spex are MetroPCS’s first phones to operate on the 1.7/2.1GHz CDMA Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) spectrum. The AWS spectrum band allows current and future service providers the opportunity to provide wireless broadband services to millions of Americans, resulting in increased productivity, efficiency, mobility and security through larger bandwidth allocation.
