CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--During the NACE Annual Conference officials at EMS Canada, a provider of operations and maintenance services to the Canadian energy industry, announced the acquisition of Edmonton based, HM Pipeline Services, Inc. a company offering a wide range of technology-driven pipeline products and services to pipeline operators throughout North America.
