Clockwork Home Services® Appoints Peter Grabowski to Chief Financial Officer

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork), a leading provider of home services, today announced its appointment of Peter C. Grabowski to the position of chief financial officer, effective Dec. 3, 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Grabowski will oversee Clockwork’s financial operations and will be based in Clockwork’s Sarasota, FL, headquarters.

Mr. Grabowski is succeeding Clockwork’s interim chief financial officer, Robert J. Clanin, who will remain an independent director of the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Grabowski previously served as chief financial officer of Gevity HR, Inc., a position he held for four years beginning in May 2003. During his ten years at Gevity, Mr. Grabowski was responsible for the financial oversight and risk management functions of the human resource services company.

Mr. Grabowski earned a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and a M.S. in Taxation from Pace University. He passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1985.
