Decorize, Inc. Elects Caroline Hipple, Ron Jones and Richard Chalker to Board

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Decorize, Inc. (OTCBB:DCZI) a recognized leader in the home accents industry, today announced the election of Richard B. Chalker, Jr. and Ronald Jones, and the appointment of Stephen R. Crowder and Steven W. Fox at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on December 10, 2007. At the Board of Directors meeting held on December 12, the number of directors was increased by one, and Caroline H.S. Hipple was elected to fill that seat. All directors serve one-year terms until the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

Ron Jones, who previously served as director from May, 2004 until August, 2005, retired from Sealy, Inc. where he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his tenure at Sealy, Ron was President of Masco Home Furnishings, Inc. And Richard Chalker, who has served as a director of the Company since May of 2004, retired from Hallmark Cards Inc. where he was Division Vice President-Tax and Customs, responsible for Hallmark’s worldwide tax and customs oversight functions.
