Cincinnati Bell Board of Directors Elects Two New Officers

Sheehy Named VP and Treasurer; Bolte Named VP Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE:CBB) has elected Kimberly H. Sheehy as vice president and treasurer for the company and Traci D. Bolte as vice president of investor relations and corporate communications, both serving as company officers effective immediately.

As vice president and treasurer, Kim Sheehy’s responsibilities include cash management; balance sheet management; financing; bank and investment bank management; risk management; pension administration; and investments. She reports to Brian Ross, chief financial officer of Cincinnati Bell.

Sheehy joined the company in 1996 as the managing director of corporate tax and most recently served as the vice president of financial planning and analysis. Her previous experience includes accounting and tax positions at Ernst & Young. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Sheehy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio. She is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Earlier this year Sheehy was honored by Cincinnati’s One Hundred Wise Women program, which helps rising women leaders in Greater Cincinnati connect with some of the community’s most accomplished women.

Traci Bolte has been promoted to vice president of investor relations and corporate communications with responsibility for all communications with the financial community and with the local and national media. She also reports to Brian Ross.

Bolte joined Cincinnati Bell in 1999 and most recently served as the company’s director of investor relations. In addition to assignments with increasing responsibility in finance and operations with Cincinnati Bell, Bolte’s past experience includes work for Midland Enterprises and the Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of Xavier University’s MBA program. A member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Bolte is also participating in the 2007 Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Women Excel (WE) Lead program.
