MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amcom Software, the leader in mission-critical communications software, and XTEND Communications, a long-time provider and innovator in telecommunications, announced today that they have reached an agreement to combine the two companies. Together, Amcom and XTEND will leverage a distinct market leadership position with vertical market breadth, expanded product lines and a combined employee base.
