Advance Media Registration for Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology & Bioenergy Now Available Online

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advance media registration is now available for the Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology & Bioenergy. The Summit will take place Nov. 14-16, 2007 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort in Honolulu and is co-hosted by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), the American Chemical Society and the State of Hawaii, with support from BIOTECanada, AusBiotech, and the Chemical Institute of Canada.

Now in its second year, the Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy theme is “developing partnerships and new value chains across the Pacific Rim.” The conference will focus on the latest cutting-edge developments in industrial biotechnology, with diverse program tracks including ethanol and cellulosic ethanol, bio-butanol and other advanced bioenergy production, biobased products and renewable chemicals, food ingredients, novel applications and nanotechnology, and marine biotechnology and bioprospecting.
