SAN FRANCISCO--()--Accommodating the specialized needs of its growing global client base, Business Wire today introduced its enhanced International NewsTrak Posting report, a proprietary online measurement and analysis tool that offers expanded web monitoring, multilingual capabilities in a dozen languages and improved workflow functionality.
“Our International NewsTrak Report illustrates our corporate commitment to be responsive to the diverse needs of our worldwide clients and our mission to facilitate global communications.”
After receiving an e-mail alert, clients will be able to access dynamically refreshed NewsTrak reports via Business Wire Connect, Business Wire's secure order-entry system.
With a convenient tabular interface, clients are able to select from the following options under the "My Reports" tab: a "Reach" Report, which classifies media recipients based on category; a "Posting" Report, which provides links to the release from a representative sample of popular general interest, business-specific and other targeted web sites; and an "Access" Report, which provides analytics based on consolidated viewership data.
The International NewsTrak Posting report searches several hundred designated websites worldwide, with new sites constantly being added. Dozens of European sites have been integrated into the improved NewsTrak, reflecting the success of Business Wire's campaign to expand its online visibility on key continental sites. Business Wire has the largest pan-European online presence of any commercial news provider.
International NewsTrak certainly lives up to its promise: notification e-mail messages are sent in English, French, German, Japanese, Dutch or Spanish, depending on the client's preference.
NewsTrak Posting reports are generated for each release language, showing sites that have posted the release in the various translations. At launch, reports will be available for releases in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Hungarian, Polish and Czech.
Other upgrades include the ability to e-mail reports to multiple recipients and a new multi-column format for the Posting Report that lends itself to improved readability.
Mark Wehrmeister, vice president, web services, exercised overall responsibility for the complex project.
"Business Wire has quickly evolved into a global company with its international offices registering the strongest growth percentages companywide," said Cathy Baron Tamraz, president and CEO. "Our International NewsTrak Report illustrates our corporate commitment to be responsive to the diverse needs of our worldwide clients and our mission to facilitate global communications."
