CHICAGO--()--InfuScience Inc., a specialty infusion provider offering infusion therapy services and specialized clinical programs, today announces the acquisition of Palmetto Infusion Services, LLC, a South Carolina-based company providing in-home and ambulatory infusion center services. With this acquisition, InfuScience expands its infusion services network to eight U.S. markets that include: Miami, Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; Omaha, Nebraska; Chantilly, Virginia; and Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina.

Palmetto Infusion Services was previously co-owned by Winyah Healthcare Group and a management group of Palmetto Infusion, led by B. Michael Busbee, chief executive officer.
