BARDSTOWN, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc. has acquired the Mohawk domestic distilled spirits portfolio from Boisset America. The agreement adds several important brands to Heaven Hill’s portfolio.

The addition will strengthen Heaven Hill relationships in Michigan, Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin and New York with the addition of the Mohawk and Newport franchises, Basilica Imported Liqueur line and Rosita Tequila. Boisset America will retain agency agreements for their imported spirits business.
