TV Guide Online Signs Agreements to Syndicate Its Program Listings Grid to Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., the New York Post and InfoSpace

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMST), a leading media, entertainment and technology company, announced today that its TV Guide Online division has signed agreements to syndicate its program listings grid to several companies including Inergize Digital Media, a division of Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., where the TV Guide Grid has been launched on the Web sites of over 35 affiliate stations; the New York Post for their Web site www.nypost.com; and InfoSpace, Inc. The agreement with InfoSpace allows for the deployment of the program listings grid on portals operated by InfoSpace.

All of the agreements give the individual companies the right to use Gemstar-TV Guide’s patented interactive program listings grid on their Web sites.
