Break.com and ``Nobody’s Watching'' Unveil the Top Internet Videos of the Year at the e-List Party

The e-List and its e-Lebrities Celebrate over 500,000,000 Views in 2006

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Break.com, the premier online entertainment channel for men driven by comedic, user-created, short-form video content, and Derrick and Will, the stars of the online phenomenon “Nobody’s Watching,” today announced the top 10 Internet videos of the year from 2006. The list (see below) was generated based on user rankings across the Web. The list will be showcased at a red carpet premiere event in Los Angeles tonight, which will play host to all the e-Lebrities, the new Internet stars, created by the viral video phenomenon.

“The e-List is a celebration of the convergence of entertainment and technology and how it is changing the way we view and consume media as a society.”

“The moment of Internet TV has arrived and we are thrilled to be working with such great talent as Derrick and Will from `Nobody’s Watching' to deliver such an innovative entertainment experience to people across the world,” said Keith Richman, CEO of Break.com. “The e-List is a celebration of the convergence of entertainment and technology and how it is changing the way we view and consume media as a society.”

The e-List party will honor the videos that have permeated popular culture and the talent that has created them. In total, the videos on the e-List, the e-Lebrities and the associated parodies have been viewed over 500,000,000 times this year across a broad spectrum of Internet sites, making the stars of the videos as popular as many celebrities.

About “Nobody’s Watching”

“Nobody’s Watching” centers around Derrick and Will, two best friends from Ohio who share the common love of great TV sitcoms. After their show was not picked up by the then WB, the pilot episode anonymously showed up in the viral web video world. It was here that it became a fan favorite and caught the attention of NBC. In July of 2006, NBC ordered six episodes of the show. The producers realize that the chance of “Nobody’s Watching” ever making it to air is small, since NBC seems determined to block their every move. Still, they are prepared to spend countless hours working on it, and wholly miss out on their children’s formative years.
