Direct Access to a World of Entertainment with One Click; Commodore Presents New Gravel(TM) Product Range at IFA 2006

LOS ANGELES & BAARN, Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2006--Commodore International Corp. (OTC: CDRL) is once again opening up new possibilities for on demand media entertainment by introducing Gravel(TM), a range of consumer electronic devices developed to give immediate access to a personalized world of entertainment, at home, or on the move. At IFA, Commodore will be presenting the first two devices from this new range of products, as well as the In Public MediaTower with added new features. The products, including The Gravel(TM) In Pocket multimedia player and the Gravel(TM) In Home media box, will be showcased at IFA - the international consumer electronics trade fair - from September 1 to September 6 in Berlin (Hall 2.1, stand 102).

In addition to designing and developing new hardware, Commodore has been working extensively over the past year to create a matching digital entertainment environment, called CommodoreWorld(TM). The website www.commodoreworld.com offers access to a comprehensive catalogue of music, videos, and mobile content. The entire content catalogue may be directly accessed from the Commodore Gravel(TM) devices through a wireless connection, and on demand, by clicking a single button. Both hardware devices will be in store no later than the second week of November. The CommodoreWorld(TM) web portal will go live the last week of October.
