Mr. Raubenstine brings with him an extensive background in the accounting profession, having served as an assurance and business advisory services partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC). He had been associated with the firm for 39 years. Other noteworthy roles included oversight responsibility for PwC's CPA Licensure Compliance Group, national assignments as independence consulting partner, Accounting, Auditing and SEC consulting partner, and director of Accounting, Auditing and SEC for the Atlantic Region of PwC. He has been active in professional associations throughout his career, including the Institute of Management Accountants, and the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Raubenstine is currently a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Stonebridge Financial Corporation, a West Chester, PA-based community internet bank; serves as president and as a Board member of the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation; is a member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust; and is a member of the Accounting Advisory Council of Rider University. Mr. Raubenstine is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Manager.
