Yahoo! to Exclusively Webcast Howard Stern Live Event Celebrating His Move to Satellite Radio

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 2005--Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) today announced an exclusive live video and audio webcast of Howard Stern's celebratory events immediately following the airing of his finale on terrestrial radio Friday, December 16, 2005.

Yahoo! will webcast the activities of the self-proclaimed "King of All Media" in and around New York City once he has left the radio station, beginning at 9am (EST). Stern will be escorted on a Yahoo!-branded double-decker bus after his show and brought to an exclusive special event at the Hard Rock Cafe, all of which will be webcast LIVE from Yahoo!.
