TVSpy Founder Don Fitzpatrick Named Recipient of 2005 John F. Hogan Award

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2005--Don Fitzpatrick, founder of TVSpy, a service of Vault Inc. and the television news industry's leading source of information, was named by the Radio Television News Directors Association as its 2005 honoree of the John F. Hogan Award.

Named for the founder and first president of the RTNDA, the John F. Hogan Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual's contributions to the journalism profession and freedom of the press. Past recipients include Walter Cronkite and Hugh Downs.

In 1983, Fitzpatrick started a newsletter called ShopTalk. It contains daily reports about the news and programming business. ShopTalk, which has over 100,000 readers daily, is now part of the larger TVSpy website (www.tvspy.com).
