The Company has decided to change its reporting date to more closely align with the filing of its second quarter of 2005 Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q ("Q2 2005 Form 10-Q") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company is now planning to issue a press release and then hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET on Monday August 8, 2005 to discuss the second quarter of 2005 results. The Company intends that it and Nortel Networks Limited, the Company's principal operating subsidiary, will timely file their respective Q2 2005 Form 10-Qs in compliance with U.S. and Canadian securities regulations.
