"Our aim is to help Israeli nanotechnology companies find customers and strategic partners in the American market. The expertise and network of the CMNC and The Trendlines Group will provide the Israeli companies with the needed exposure to the appropriate American partners that will ultimately buy their products," said Arnie Brenner, executive director of USISTF.
Israeli companies that have a product enabled through nanotechnology and are ready for sale to the U.S. market, or are "strategic-partnering" ready will be considered for the MI2NT. Finalists for the award will be chosen by a group of nanotechnology experts.
Among the benefits included with the Award:
-- VIP invitation to the NanoBusiness Conference in New York, the premier nanotechnology business conference, including complimentary participation in all meetings and workshop.
-- Private meetings with leading nanotechnology VCs, such as Lux Capital's Josh Wolfe, industry leaders such as Sean Murdock, Executive Director of the NBA, and CEOs and researchers with potential strategic partners and or customers.
-- Recognition at a special awards ceremony in Chicago with leading investors, nanotechnology company CEOs, and regional development directors.
-- Business development services from The Trendlines Group and CMNC including identifying and contracting potential partners in the United States and preparing executive summaries and presentations for meetings in New York and Chicago.
