"Mr. Bernard Kerik accepted an appointment of the Advisory Board of Defense Technology Systems in November of 2003 to advise the company on its efforts in building its Homeland Security business. In late August of 2004, Mr. Kerik resigned his position on the Advisory Board and subsequently returned all his shares to the Company's treasury and all options issued to Mr. Kerik were returned and cancelled.
