America Online Kicks Off 2004 NFL Season with Game-by-Game Highlights at No Additional Cost, Extensive Content and New Features for Football Fans

Labor Day has come and gone, and that can only mean one thing: football is here. And AOL Sports is back in action this year with NFL on AOL, featuring the new GameBreakers(TM) national play of the week voting, as well as all the content available for AOL(R) for Broadband members including access to game-by-game highlights, preview shows and other NFL video content at no additional charge.

AOL Sports by virtue of its longstanding relationship with the NFL remains the only online service to offer members who access the AOL service over a high-speed connection authentic video content from the NFL and NFL Films, other than at the league's own websites.

The GameBreakers(TM) initiative gives AOL members access to NFL video highlights of the top plays of the week, at no additional charge, and lets members vote on which they think are the best. Voting is available though AOL Keyword: GameBreakers and will be open on Monday mornings until early evening. The results will be available on NFL on AOL Monday afternoon.

Got something to say about your favorite team, their arch rival, or a certain player? Fans can go to AOL Keyword: NFL Talk and sound off on the football topics they want. Fans can also create a blog about their favorite team, and AOL Sports will feature the a variety Pigskin blogs on the AOL service. Members can also comment on other blogs, join chats on their favorite topics and access message boards on any football topic.
