Dah joined ASC as a project support analyst for the PowerSeller(R) Support Team where his duties include performing installations and assisting in the setup of PowerSeller (ASC's secondary marketing and pipeline management system) and resolving phone and e-mail inquiries from customers. Dah has an extensive background in technical support and analysis and previously served as the assistant vice president of Investor Delivery for The Leader Mortgage Company, a Cleveland, Ohio-based lender.
Barb Klegin is ASC's newest lead support analyst for the PowerSeller Support Team. In this role, her responsibilities include managing the help center, assisting customer training and the configuration and developing of secondary and risk reports. Klegin will work to develop overall improvements to the PowerSeller product as it relates to increased productivity and profitability. Prior to joining ASC, Klegin served as vice president of Secondary Marketing at Orlando, Fla.-based Ivanhoe Financial Inc., a full-service mortgage banking firm.
Morgan is one of ASC's new programmers on the PowerSeller Development Team and is responsible for providing updates to the PowerSeller product, programming new functionality and enhancing the quality control of the software. Morgan previously worked as an advanced systems engineer for Electronic Data Systems, a Plano, Texas-based provider of worldwide information technology solutions.
Pole serves as senior programmer and analyst for ASC's PowerLender(R) team where her objectives are analyzing, designing, implementing and testing software for PowerLender (ASC's Java-based loan origination system). Pole formerly served as senior software engineer for LexisNexis, an online legal research system focusing on business information systems.
