Soong Kwong Choon Has Joined SDGL Team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2004--Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL) www.digitalapps.net announced today that Mr. Soong Kwong Choon has joined the Secured Digital Applications, Inc. ("SDGL") management team as a Consultant. He will be responsible for developing a market for EyStar biometric security applications, and he will also be coordinating the roll out of the biometric authentication portal for SDGL's client, SNC Associates (www.snc.net.my), in Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Brunei.

The Company has engaged Mr. Soong for an initial one year term. A very experienced and well-networked person in Asia, Mr. Soong, aged 56, will not be receiving any cash payment for his services. He will, instead, be receiving SDGL common stock.

Mr. Soong has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur and a Certificate of Industrial Relations. He has held an executive position from 1974 to 2002 and is presently consulting for REN International, an Australian multinational company, and Precast Products Ltd. In April of 2001, the title of "Dato" was conferred on Mr. Soong by the Sultan of Selangor (one of the country's nine constitutional monarchs) for his contribution to the development for the state of Selangor. (Malaysia is a constitutional monarchy.)

Mr. Soong also previously held honorary positions as Industrial Court Panel Member, Council Member International Business Council Western Australia, Council Member Chinese Chambers of Commerce Western Australia, and Secretary, Pacific Air Travel Association Western Australia.
