BBAN Artist Ballentine Wins ABC-TV's ``Ultimate Love Test''; Group's Debut CD ``4'' Currently Available In Stores

LAS VEGAS--()--July 22, 2004--Broadband Wireless International Corporation (OTCBB: BBAN) announced today that Heather Ballentine and Frank Primorac, lead singer and bass player for LA-based modern rock group Ballentine, were declared the $100,000 winners of the ABC-TV reality series "The Ultimate Love Test" last night on national television.

"4U," the band's debut CD, is currently available in music stores and online. Ballentine is also featured in the Movie Tunes documentary "LA Music Scene" that will hit nationwide later this year in AMC Movie Theatres.
