The original technical team Mr. Colton assembled at Live Software is still in place at Macromedia today.

Xamlon, Inc. is also pleased to have Adam Kinney on board. Mr. Kinney is the company's Online Community Manager, responsible for creating a new interactive online XAML community. This community will encourage and support XAML development while providing a vehicle for soliciting feedback from the development community and engaging them in the ongoing development and refinement of Xamlon products. Mr. Kinney is an established XAML luminary. His weblogs and articles on the uses and benefits of XAML technology have made him a respected expert in the XAML development community.
Xamlon, Inc. has assembled an equally impressive team of technical developers. Leading this group will be Ingo Muschenetz, Senior Systems Architect, who is responsible for the development of Xamlon's core technology, as well as the integration of the various technical components of Xamlon v.1.0. Mr. Muschenetz brings to the company over eight years of development experience, including five years as CTO of DefenseWeb Technologies, where he architected the Xtendable Server web application development framework.
The technical development team includes application engineers focused on primary features of Xamlon. One such core feature is Xamlon's vector graphics engine, and Xamlon, Inc. is proud to have Kevin Lindsey as Senior Vector Graphics Engineer. Mr. Lindsey brings over 15 years of development experience to Xamlon and is an expert in the field of vector graphics. His extensive experience includes building Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) graphical user interfaces and application frameworks, co-authoring "SVG Unleashed" and serving as a key contributor to the Sharp Vector Graphics open source project.
The Xamlon team brings over 50 years of application development experience to the creation of products that serve the development community today and into the future. "What is unique about Xamlon, Inc. is that it truly is a company of developers, for developers," stated Paul Colton. "Our mission is to provide the tools developers need to create compelling applications today, which are easily portable to tomorrow's versions of Windows. With the group we've assembled, this company is unrivaled in its ability to produce products that are useful, well engineered, and enable faster development of new and compelling applications."
