Gene Logic to Hold Annual Meeting of Stockholders

GAITHERSBURG, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2004--Gene Logic Inc. (Nasdaq:GLGC) will hold its 2004 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 3, 2004, at 3:00 p.m. (EDT) at the Company's corporate headquarters at 610 Professional Drive in Gaithersburg, MD. All stockholders are invited to attend the meeting.

To attend the Annual Meeting, stockholders will be required to provide proof of identity and share ownership. A government issued form of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) will be accepted for proof of identity. For individuals who own shares directly with the Company ("record holders"), we will verify ownership against the list of stockholders. Individuals who own shares through a broker or other nominee should bring to the meeting a legal proxy or a brokerage statement showing ownership of Company shares.
