La Madeleine Selects Instill Procurement to Maximize Back-of-House System

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--()--April 27, 2004--Instill(R) Corporation, a leading provider of supply chain information solutions for the foodservice industry, announced today that la Madeleine Bakery Cafe Bistro selected the Instill Procurement(SM) Solution to integrate with its back-office system at all 64 la Madeleine locations.

Instill's Integration module was chosen to maximize the value of la Madeleine's new back-of-house system. The Integration module automatically populates product and price information into la Madeleine's back-office system and then passes purchase orders and confirmations electronically between la Madeleine and its distributors. The result is a fully integrated, streamlined solution. La Madeleine immediately benefits by unleashing more functionality from its back-of-house system, and Instill's experience and extensive distributor network enables fast implementation. Instill's Integration module has been providing substantial savings to customers since its release in 2000 and is flexible enough to work with any major back-office system.

La Madeleine has also deployed Instill Procurement's Order Guide Manager module at corporate headquarters. Order Guide Manager easily and effectively drives purchasing compliance at the unit level and assures accurate pricing by allowing headquarters to review and adjust order guides before they are published to the units.
