Acquisition Strengthens CryptoMetrics' Position In The Biometrics Security Solutions Market

CryptoMetrics, Inc. a leading biometric security solution provider announced the acquisition of BioDentity Systems Corporation, an Ottawa (Canada) based face biometric solution provider. BioDentity is headed by Joel Shaw, an internationally recognized expert in Machine Readable Travel Documents and Border Management Systems. For over 20 years Mr. Shaw has conceived, designed and overseen the development of border clearance and machine readable travel document issuance and inspection systems. At BioDentity, Mr. Shaw has guided the creation of a suite of next generation face biometric authentication technologies and solutions specifically designed to strengthen border control, aviation security and homeland defense.
