Working at the Playboy Clubs during their 60's heydays, these women are sharing their stories, anecdotes and mostly how their experiences shaped the individual paths they took. Some theorize that the Playboy Club served as a magnet and crucible for women independently driven to achieve remarkable levels of success later in life. "The very impulses that led intelligent, ambitious women to defy convention and work as bunnies would later propel many of them into vastly rewarding and often unconventional careers," says Katherine Leigh Scott, former Playboy Bunny and author of The Bunny Years. "No beauty trap stopped us, quite the opposite!," said Jaki Dunn Nett, former Playboy Bunny, and author of The Felt Sense Method -- A Holistic Approach to Incontinence. "Many former bunnies have gone on to make extraordinary contributions."
In April 2004 in Las Vegas, after 40 plus years, the bunnies will celebrate their first nationwide get together. The reunion's intent is for all who worked at the Playboy Clubs to come together to honor the historical time they shared, and each other.
