Dwyer brings to LRC more than 15 years of experience in legal services sales, business-to-business marketing and technology reselling. For the last seven years, he has served in a variety of executive positions at West Group, the leading electronic publisher of legal and regulatory information.

According to James Seidl, president of LRC, Dwyer has assumed responsibility for overseeing the national day-to-day sales operations of the company, including managing a team of field representatives. LRC's legal market offerings include outsourced legal research, knowledge management advisory services and Web-based compliance training. Dwyer will also oversee the sales of AskFirst(TM) Knowledge Management Solution, LRC's Web-based platform that enables corporate law departments to securely retrieve, share and reuse their workproduct, regardless of who created it or where it resides.

Dwyer earned both his bachelor of arts and master of arts degrees from the University of Delaware, and also studied for his Ph.D. in Literature from the University of Toronto. In addition to his experience at West Group, he previously worked for Lotus Development, Lawyers Cooperative Publishing and owned Dwyer & Dwyer, a marketing and communications consulting business.
