POOL Inc. Launches New iPhone App, Manga Balloon Maker

—Enables Sending of Email and Tweets with Photos and Images with Text Bubbles—

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--POOL Inc., a cross-media marketing services company based in Tokyo, launched a new iPhone app on February 10^th, 2010. The new app, second in a series to bring drama to everyday life, will enable the sending of email and tweets with photos and images that have text bubbles added to them.

Users can add thoughts and words to further illustrate the facial expressions of lovers, friends, children or pets and then exchange those in email. POOL's new Manga Balloon Maker will take email to the next level of communication by conveying people's feelings more clearly.

What is Manga Balloon Maker?

The Manga Balloon Maker iPhone app adds, with just one touch, manga text bubbles to photos saved in albums on the iPhone. Users can then send the modified photos and images as-is in email or to their Twitter accounts. Manga Balloon Maker is a new communication photo retouching tool.

• There are 20 different types of text bubbles, including those for words, thoughts, heart-shaped ones, etc.
• The bubble size and orientation can be changed with just the touch of a finger.
• The design of the bubble can be changed after text has been added.
