Wells Fargo Insurance Services’ BridgeStreet Consulting Group Names Christine Burden Business Development Leader For Its Midwest Operations

CHICAGO--()--Wells Fargo Insurance Services’ BridgeStreet Consulting Group names Christine Burden business development leader for its Midwest operations. BridgeStreet Consulting Group, a division of Wells Fargo Insurance Services, is a national employee benefits consulting firm, headquartered in the Bay Area, serving customers throughout the United States.

Working in partnership with Wells Fargo’s banking businesses and Wells Fargo Insurance Services’ insurance carriers and internal resources, Burden will develop business opportunities with customers in the Midwest region to ensure the necessary employee benefits insurance coverages are in place to protect their business, employees, and themselves.

Burden has a strong background in employee benefits insurance. Most recently at Blue Shield of California, Burden was the Senior Regional Manager for Southern California in the Labor, Public Sector, and Strategic Accounts business segment, responsible for leading the Southern California account management team. She was Vice President of MetLife's West Coast National Accounts business operation. Burden also served in MetLife's corporate office as the Assistant Vice President of Benefits, responsible for all group insurance benefits for MetLife's 30,000 employees and 30,000 retirees. She has held various sales positions with major benefit providers, including Equicor and Caremark Prescriptions Services and also served as a Director of Employee Benefits for a Fortune 500 Company.

Burden received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron and a master’s degree from Kent State University.
