- Support for per tenant data collection for multi-tenant application – The support for applications used by multiple users at multiple client locations in Intercept uX 5.6 lets organizations accumulate trending and statistical information for each tenant, regardless of the number of users, which in turn lets them report on availability and compare per tenant aggregated data.
- Statistical tracing information – Intercept uX 5.6 provides complete tracing information for all sessions and every user interaction, giving organizations better insight into the end-user experience and the ability to analyze end-user behavior. Included is the ability to see data that reveals how users navigate a site, and when correlated with application performance or health data, can deliver insight into where and how performance violations are affecting end users.
- Support and usability enhancements – Intercept uX 5.6 features several enhancements for improved handling of AJAX calls, more in-depth SharePoint client-side data collection, additional support for Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5, Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7, and improved support for CITRIX servers.
