Flexpoint Announces Production Order for a Safety Product Utilizing the Bend Sensor®

DRAPER, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: FLXT) today announced receipt of a production purchase order from a Company located in the eastern US for a safety product utilizing their patented Bend Sensor^® technology.

This order is unrelated and in addition to the production orders the Company announced recently and involves production of a modified version of a presence detection device to be utilized in public transportation systems. It is a modification of a product which is classified as an automobile safety system. The system will feature Flexpoint’s patented Bend Sensor^® technology. The company believes that this product, once put into operation, will lead to additional ongoing purchases of the sensors and will develop additional sensor business for the Company’s Bend Sensor^®. Production and delivery of the system is scheduled before year end.
