As Pennsylvania prepares for full retail competition when the last of the state’s rate caps expire in early 2010, this conference will focus on how competitive electric markets benefit consumers and the environment through innovative energy efficiency programs, demand response measures and the growth of renewable energy to reduce carbon emissions and encourage efficiency. |
