Ulticom Announces Relisting on NASDAQ

Company Plans Quarterly Earnings Conference Call for December 10, 2009

MT. LAUREL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ulticom, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets: ULCMD.PK) today announced that The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC has approved its application for the relisting of its common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market. The Company’s shares will begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market when the market opens on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 under the symbol “ULCM”.

The Company will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal third quarter ended October 31, 2009 and conduct a conference call to discuss third quarter financial results on December 10, 2009. Conference call details will follow.
